    With great joy, we are proud to spread the word of our new partnership with Telaria (former TremorVideo)  who will be exhibiting in Dmexco 13th-14th of September 2017 in Germany.

    Telaria, is a leading independent sell-side software platform focused on video everywhere. The company will trade under a new NYSE ticker symbol, “TLRA,” starting on September 26, 2017. Telaria has a focused strategy as a fully programmatic, sell-side software platform for premium video partners, and as a leader in connected TV/OTT.

    In the exhibition world it’s fair to say you should always expect the unexpected – different sizing, extra products to display and last minute changes – anything can happen, even more. So when working with a client like Alcoa, which requires a corporate approach while supporting local BUs, extra-large scale and latest innovation exhibits to show.

    This year at IAA, we made sure we were ready for any scenario while preparing Alcoa’s booth. First of all, the booth was constructed in such a way that would allow us the flexibility to assemble large scale product displays on-site and then place them as we go, deviating from the precise prior planning. In addition, all the display information was created multiple times in different sizes and orientations to adjust to any change.

    More unexpected things followed – a press conference which required moving around some display items without compromising the flow, design elements which were planned as one idea and executed as another, and many more spontaneous on-site decisions which only worked due to prior planned flexibility and fast-paced, innovative thinking.

    Alcoa at IAA was definitely a learning experience, again showing us at BARZILAI that we can provide our clients with high level service, even last-minute, as long as we can stay creative and reactive.

    September is definitely something to look forward to, especially since it’s the hottest and most hectic month in the exhibition world. This past September, we were busy like no tomorrow, designing and constructing booths for no less than 10 clients, at 7 different exhibitions around the world!

    16 of BARZILAI Exhibition Experts’ staff members accumulated 52 flights between them, along with 67 hotel nights – arriving enough time ahead of the exhibition to ensure everything goes smoothly and efficiently. From digital solutions with Smaato at DMEXCO Cologne, through high-tech cosmetics with Filorga at EADV Vienna, to the world of Sports Betting with Betradar at G2E Las Vegas, we have put in almost 1,000 design hours and over 60 on-site build up days with over 40 construction workers, to reach the highest quality results without compromising any guidelines or schedules. After months of preparation and advanced on-site build up, we were able to bring to life booths ranging from 30sqm to 142sqm in size!

    All this in one month – what can we say? May our Septembers always be this full of creation, diverse clients and the opportunity to travel the world and exhibit the BARZILAI values of top quality design, attention to detail and perfect implementation.

This fun and exciting design is inspired by a digital world – where urban and digital become one in a fully three dimensional street setting with supporting graphics in a 103.5sqm booth. The open and inviting layout is designed to first arouse guests’ senses with a Gelato cart as a reception counter, continues with a coffee shop with open meeting areas, onto a cozy meeting room and an interactive game on bicycles. Special textures such as bricks and street pavement along with LED lights in clear tubes are used to turn this urban digital zone into a separate world, guaranteeing visitors an experience they’ll never forget.

Betradar is one of BARZILAI’s loyal clients; a leading company in the world of sports betting data services. In this fast-growing industry, gaining more and more interest and popularity – you must invest in your international visibility.

    Throughout 2016, BARZILAI is helping Betradar with this mission by exhibiting in 12 exhibitions all over the world ; from PGS in Lima Peru and EIG in Berlin to G2E Las Vegas, with stands ranging anywhere from 18sqm to a whopping 350sqm!

    The design’s consistency is vital to promote brand confidence and help build stronger relationships. Based on the original new Betradar design introduced at ICE London in February 2016, each booth was customized to fit the country, culture and size.

    We’re no strangers to big and complex stands here at BARZILAI, but the booth we designed and constructed for Kramer Electronics at Infocomm 2016 in Las Vegas, proved to be a unique challenge. Not only was it the biggest single booth we’ve ever built in the US – 5,700 sqf – but we were able to provide the highest level of expertise and quality of execution as we regularly do in Europe, despite many challenges: an extensive product display in which the details were unknown till the last minute, local union labor requirement and intensive project management and coordination between different time zones.

    World-leading expert in dermatology and anti-aging – Merz Aesthetics, and innovators in the field of aesthetics education – Merz Institute, combined forces for the 2016 Aesthetic & Anti-aging Medicine World Congress in Monaco. The design for Merz Aesthetics, inspired by its new ‘Dust campaign’ combined blasts of color and powder textures using high definition video art and showcasing it’s products. The Merz Institute section was inspired by the brands natural colors and textures of green, mocha and yellow. These two entities resided under one beautiful banner which circumvented the entire stand. The open and free flowing design, infused with concrete and additional urban-themed elements, was a perfect setting for this inviting and impressive stand.

    The initial inspiration for the design concept came directly from the art of Piet Mondrian, which incorporates colors that match Vonetize’s basic brand colors – red, yellow and blue. The process began with a modern and simple grid, playing around with the colors and using geometry as a key element.

    The challenge was to create a booth which was completely closed yet welcoming to the visitor, as per the client’s request – this is somewhat limiting, since it’s not possible to incorporate complex shapes, but nevertheless this allows artistic freedom in customizing the outer shell as well as the versatile and inviting interior.

    Inside the booth, a chandelier made of colorful cubes served both as a lighting fixture and a design element correlating with the overall geometric essence. The welcoming atmosphere was achieved by using an “open space” technique, placing the different booth areas in the correct composition, thus creating rhythm within the vibrant and spacious environment.

    The end result was a lively, dynamic and colorful booth, which attracted the eye inside and out, from any angle and every aisle. Vonetize liked the booth design so much that they designed the event brochure to match it, presenting their brand using BARZILAI Exhibition Experts’ design.

    Starting with LALIQUE at the prestigious Maison & objet 2016, a luxurious brand with extravagant products to be displayed in the most elegant & clean lines architecture designed by BARZILAI, matching the Parisian chick and sophistication it holds.

    Closing with IMCAS Paris, with only 1 day of build-up and no less than 4 (!) clients! This is going to be a thrilling show!

    Globecast joins BARZILAI Exhibition Experts

    Globecast set its flag on providing the simplicity, flexibility and knowledge in global broadcasting by making content distribution and management simple. For BARZILAI, this meant a design that is unique in the fact that it will be clean and simple on one end but welcoming and warm on the other. Using black and white structure transmitted a clean and impactful that was enhanced by the colorful graphics of the Globecast brand. Using open space and a functional, accebile structure made all gusts feel welcomed.

    IBC will take place in Amsterdam on September 11-15, 2015.
